Mindfulness really makes a difference in my life when I actually take the time to focus on it. I've read a lot of books on this topic and this is one of the most pithy and helpful guides to get into real mindfulness and meditative practices and start seeing the benefits as quickly as possible. The book is accessible for those who are new to mindfulness but doesn't just repeat the same stuff as other mindfulness guides.

If you can't invest three dollars in yourself then you need to reevaluate your priorities in life. This book is excellent value and you are worth the money it costs to buy it and the time it takes to read it.
Good strategies for getting in touch with what you are really feeling. It isn't just some hippie new age nonsense, this stuff really works.
